Refund Policy
If you’re dissatisfied with any product you’ve purchased, you are welcome to request a refund through our contact form. Please include:
- Your name and email address
- The items purchased
- The reason you are requesting a refund.
Refunds will be at our discretion and we will email you our response to your request. To be eligible for any refund offered, we’ll ask you to pack and seal your purchased item/s in their original packaging and return them to us.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We pack each product with care and acknowledge that sometimes this may not be enough to ensure they reach you in the condition that we sent them. If that’s the case, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receiving your parcel.
We will refund any postage costs required to return the item/s to us and will offer a replacement product or a refund.
